Located in the prestigious district of Knightsbridge, this luxury private residence reflects the refined character of one of London’s most exclusive neighbourhoods. Designed by Taylor Howes Design Studio as a home rooted in heritage yet tailored for contemporary living, the brief called for a bespoke staircase chandelier to elevate the architectural heart of the property.
Designer Radek Brezar created the installation not as a decorative addition, but as an integral architectural element. The lighting interacts seamlessly with the bespoke curved staircase, Taj Mahal marble steps, and contemporary bronze balustrade.
Suspended above the stairwell, a dramatic teal glass chandelier forms the centrepiece of the residence. Cascading through the vertical space, the bespoke chandelier casts a veil of light-reflecting jewels, enhancing the material richness and elegance of the interior.
Crafted from our Glacier collection, this bespoke lighting installation showcases a unique combination of finishes and techniques developed for the project. Each hand-blown glass element was carefully customised by blending lagoon mist with a delicate soda finish.
