Sans Souci presents at the ID Delhi 2026 a journey of light. Installations Mandala of Light and Golden City mark a dialogue between cultures, where Czech glassmaking meets the spiritual geometry of India.
Mandala of Light, designed by Petr Vacek, is a modern interpretation of the traditional mandala. Seen up close, some elements are perfectly polished and reflective. Others bear traces of irregularity and imperfection. Only by stepping back, by embracing the whole, that its true beauty unfolds.
The installation is crafted from premium flat glass and fritted slumped glass, finished with Sans Souci’s signature gold nanocoating, and complemented by green and gold premium crackled glass. A range of dynamic lighting options has been integrated to unify the overall experience.

The presentation is complemented by Golden City, inspired by the Gothic skyline of Prague. While the mandala turns inward, Golden City looks outward, capturing the fleeting glow of sunset over gilded spires. Together, the installations form a visual journey from inner reflection to architectural aspiration — bridging Prague and Delhi through glass, light, and shared human perception.
