Avenue Road Residence
Situated on London’s prestigious Avenue Road, known as "Billionaires' Road," this extraordinary residence merges opulence and artistry. Designed by HBA London, a globally celebrated interior design firm, and brought to life with bespoke creations by Sans Souci, this project is the epitome of refined luxury, seamlessly blending design and functionality.
A Golden Welcome in the Entrance
The residence’s entrance is adorned with a chandelier from the Frozen Collection, blending crystal and gold with delicate gilding. The design’s ombre effect subtly transitions the golden hues. With gilding applied only to one side of the crystal components, this unique feature offers a breathtaking welcome to the residence.
Dining Room: A Symphony of Light
The Contour chandelier graces the dining room, embodying a perfect interplay of natural and artificial light. Strategically placed near a large window, it mirrors the natural light streaming in, enhanced by an elegant ombre effect. Its recessed fixings ensure a seamless integration with the room’s modern yet sophisticated aesthetic. Designed by Katka Lenikusová, the piece invites both warmth and elegance to the dining experience
Living Room: A Bold Statement of Elegance
The living room features a bespoke lighting installation – a fusion of luxurious slumped glass with bespoke texture and antique brushed bronze. This creation, designed by Katka Lenikusová, showcases textured slumped glass with sandblasted details, meticulously illuminated to emphasise its intricate craftsmanship. The result is a bold yet sophisticated centrepiece, perfectly complementing the stunning interior.
Swimming Pool: The Fluid Art of Light
Drawing inspiration from the fluidity of water, our bespoke installation enhances the serene atmosphere of the swimming pool area, beautifully complemented by Venetian plaster. The glass elements on the ceiling reflect the water below, seamlessly connecting the two surfaces. The design extends onto a wall, where cascading water flows through the installation, creating a dynamic interplay of light and motion. It mimics the organic movement of waves, further amplifying the tranquillity of the space.
The Avenue Road Residence resulted in a beautiful partnership between HBA London’s visionary design, LXA Projects’ expert construction and Sans Souci’s mastery in bespoke glass installations. Each space is thoughtfully curated to embody luxury, sophistication, and innovation.
